Gitar sangar yang dibuat Jackson ini adalah signature series Phil Demmel gitaris dari Machine Head. Gitar ini memiliki konstruksi dengan metode through-body, dengan body yang berbahan kayu basswood dan neck yang beradius 12 “-16” dari kayu maple. Pada fingerboard menggunakan bahan kayu rosewood dengan 24 jumbo fret dan dihiasi pearloid shark fin inlays.
Gitar ini dipersenjatai dengan pickup humbuker EMG yaitu EMG-60 pada neck pickup dan EMG-81 pada bridge pickup. Gitar ini juga dilengkapi dengan dual volume controls dengan three-way blade pickup selector switch, adjustable string-through body, compensated bridge, dan black hardware yang membuat gitar ini terlihat sangat metal.
